Key Change
Developing the next generation of artists, makers and creative leaders.

Key Change is a two‑year programme for 16 - 23 year olds interested in the arts and creative industries. Whether you already have a clear direction or are beginning to explore your creative potential, the programme provides tailored support, industry insight and meaningful opportunities to develop your skills.
This creative programme will open real doors into music, theatre, dance, design, puppetry, directing, technical theatre, writing, performance, visual art, arts marketing and lots more. Key Change participants will benefit from industry expertise, valuable creative connections and a supportive environment that nurtures creativity and will help you explore your own creative future.
There are up to 12 free places available for this programme, generously funded by Norwich Consolidated Charities. There are also 3 places available for those who are self-funded.
Whether you are already committed and certain of your craft or just starting to explore, your Key Change journey is completely tailored to you. No two participants follow the same path, because no two creatives are the same.
